Skill development programs are offered through relevant internal and external training sessions, stressing specific competencies and job responsibilities, including professional development like continuing education courses.
On-the-job coaching and development opportunities are provided, so that employees can broaden their perspectives, gain a better understanding of our diverse businesses and develop along with the company.
Skill Development Programs
Fresh Graduates are hired and put under intensive training on the skillsets required for publishing and eRetail like Pagination, Art, Conversion, eCommerce, etc. Training programs include classroom and on the job training to make the resources production-ready. On completion of the training program, they are absorbed into production.
Management graduates from reputed institutes are hired as Management Trainees and put under customized industry specific training program to prepare them for taking up managerial roles. MTs who successfully complete the training program are placed in managerial roles.
Quality & Productivity Enhancement Program (QPEP)
The Quality & Productivity Enhancement Program (QPEP) rewards and recognizes our employees for being First Time Right on all deliverables, along with surpassing their set internal productivity benchmarks.
With the advent of this program, team cohesiveness has become paramount as employees are performing well in their respective departments, and this initiative has also enhanced team spirit among employees.
Rewards and Recognition programs
All the Rewards and Recognition programs of Lumina Datamatics which include Lumina Star Performer Awards, Manager of the Quarter Awards, QPEP Champion Awards and Spot Awards are performance driven. Parameters for deciding the awards are Productivity, Quality and On Time Delivery.
With the onset of the COVID-19 Pandemic, Lumina Datamatics has taken the learning and development online, ensuring that our workforce is exposed to various subjects. The speakers are thought leaders within the company and experts from the industry, who share their knowledge with the employees. Some of the topics include:
