Sameer L. Kanodia is the Managing Director and CEO of Lumina Datamatics Limited. Anju Kanodia has been serving as the Executive Director of Lumina Datamatics since 2018.
She played a pivotal role in the successful listing of the parent company, Datamatics Global Services Ltd, in 2004. In her current role, she oversees the management of the company’s treasury and surplus funds, while also actively engaging in strategic initiatives and corporate finance, leveraging her strong numerical acumen.

Anju is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion within Lumina Datamatics and has implemented several initiatives to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace. She is passionately committed to corporate social responsibility, focussing on key areas such as education, healthcare, women’s empowerment, and environmental sustainability.

Based in Mumbai, India, Anju spearheads programs aimed at enhancing employability through education and training, with a dedicated focus on fostering the holistic well-being of individuals. Anju holds a postgraduate degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai and earned her Master’s in Business Administration with Honors, majoring in Finance, from Bryant University, USA.

Jack heads Business Development for North America for the K-16 Education and the Society/Journal Divisions at Lumina Datamatics.

Jack is responsible for existing and new partnerships, with a heavy focus on new initiatives in content development and digital technology.

Jack plays a vital role in full-service development and production, including operations, sales, and finance. He also plays a critical operational role in transitioning the company to a complete full-service offshore model that includes all stateside services while maintaining necessary US headcount in strategic roles. He works out of Boston, USA.

Prashant heads Lumina Datamatics’ Retail Business globally and drives Sales for the Trade Segment in North America.

Prashant’s ground-up approach gives him exposure in building teams and manages Global Account / Relationships in retail and trade. He has worked in multiple geographies, including USA, Europe, and Asia-Pac. With 30 years of Business Development experience in the Publishing, Financial Communications, and BPO industry and a clear focus on Content and Business Process Outsourcing, he has worked with companies like Wipro, Datamatics Global Services, Dusk Valley, Euromoney, and The Times of India.

Prashant holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science from the University of Mumbai and works out of New Jersey, USA.

Srinivas has over 28 years of experience in consulting, business, and operational roles in Digital Publishing and Manufacturing. During his career, he has established progressive client relationships, created profitable and growth-oriented business operations through Operational Excellence, Lean Six Sigma, Process Reengineering, and Business Transformation initiatives across the value chain. He is a member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ), and an ASQ-certified Six Sigma Black Belt. His previous roles were with Straive, MPS, Nova Techset, ABB Global Services, and National Productivity Council of India.

Srinivas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Allahabad and Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Engineering from the National Productivity Council of India.

Venkat heads Workflow Technology and Process Excellence for Lumina Datamatics in the Publishing segments across STM, Education, Trade, and Journals. He focuses on operational efficiencies, new technologies, and automation.

Venkat brings in 30+ years of experience in publishing technologies and workflows and is credited to implementing new technologies at Lumina Datamatics. He was responsible for setting up business units at SPS (Scientific Publishing Services) and has also worked at The Hindu, a leading national daily, in various roles in Publishing.

Venkat has a Bachelor’s degree in Printing Engineering from Pune University and works out of Chennai, India.
